Challenging and successful project requiring the addition of a 4th floor to existing office building while addressing pre-existing structural problems.
Worked with 2 specialized engineers on the conceptual design which was constrained by a narrow plot of land and limited budget.
Was responsible for drafting and presenting the solution to the client as well as ongoing management of the delivery of the project.
